½ cup plain Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

½ cup egg whites

½ chopped apple

ground cinnamon to taste (optional)

Put all ingredients in a NutriBullet blender and mix until it forms a nice batter.  Spray a frying pan with Canola oil and pour out about 2 or 3 pancakes.

It’s also easy to double all the ingredients and make batches for the fridge to reheat throughout the week.
