Ingredients:
- One 7 ounce package of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella
- 8 fluid ounces of Mid’s Pizza Sauce
- 1 sheet of Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust
- 1 oz (85 g) Baby Bellas sliced mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp of sliced ripe olives
- 3 oz sliced bell peppers and white onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. As an option, I like to give a quick and light spray around the outer edge of crust with Pam olive oil spray. Then I sprinkle around the edge some garlic powder, onion powder, and McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian seasoning. Next spread the pizza sauce around the center of the crust with the back of a spoon until it is all covered and smooth. Sprinkle most of the cheese and spread around the crust. I like to save a little more cheese to put over the toppings. Next place your peppers, onion, mushrooms, and olives evenly around the pizza and top with the rest of the cheese. Add any additional toppings you like, but the calories and macros I listed here are for the toppings I listed above. The picture above also shows some fully cooked chicken sausage that I sometimes add as well. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until all the cheese has melted. Cut into 4 equally sized pieces.
